The Melanin Market App functions as a digital curator of global Black culture, products, ideas, and services. Awareness and interest in Black-owned business has become increasingly trendy, however, the reality is that those "trends" do not always translate into dollars or visibility. The Melanin Market App is designed to enhance brand visibility, increase exposure, and drive global connections through genuine support for Black-owned brands. With a focus on access and equity, this app will create an additional avenue for capital to continuously circulate within Black communities. Black-owned businesses are encouraged to download, register, and market their enterprises. Registered businesses will become part of the in-app directory with a built-in geo-tag feature that allows users to support brands based on their location. Brands can also get direct feedback from users on existing products and services via in-app features. The Melanin Market App is free for all to download.
